Starting with difficult conversations

The first resource in development is My First Difficult Conversation, with preparation guidance, examples of wording and reusable worksheets to help you approach a workplace conversation thoughtfully.

Its starting principle is simple: seek to understand before seeking to correct.

This is practical leadership guidance. Formal employment matters may need advice from your HR team or an appropriate professional.

What happens when you join?

Tell us your name, email, role and which offering interests you. You can choose one or both and, if you like, tell us what you would most like help with.

We will send you a registration confirmation, followed by updates about your selected offering or offerings. These may include invitations to try early versions, share feedback and hear about Founding Member offers when available. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
