Running a business means moving between priorities, people and decisions, often without much time to step back. Your AI Advisor combines a personalised AI workspace with practical guidance to help you think through priorities, prepare for leadership challenges and improve everyday work.

A small Founding Pilot is in preparation

The first pilot is for five Australian owner-managers of established small businesses, particularly teams of around 5–30 people. Each pilot runs for 30 days. We will start with two practical challenges and review what changed in your working week.

This is a paid pilot. Registering interest is free and does not reserve a place or commit you to a purchase. We will share the fee and full terms before you decide whether to take part.

Personalised setup, with help to put it to use

We start with a discovery conversation and a Personal Advisor Profile that you check and approve. Rob helps configure a private ChatGPT Project in your own authorised account and guides you through a real task. The pilot includes a First Improvement Plan, one relevant AI Opportunities Brief and an end-of-pilot advisory review.

Any suitable AI subscription you need is separate from the pilot fee. There is no automatic renewal.

Better processes first

We work through five steps: understand the situation, challenge assumptions, simplify the work, enable a practical next step and review the result. We look at your existing tools before considering anything new.

You might use the advisor to decide what deserves your time, prepare for a difficult conversation or simplify a recurring task. You control the context you share and the decisions you make. The pilot does not automatically monitor your inbox or calendar, carry out actions or replace specialist professional advice.

What happens when you join?

Tell us your name, email, role and which offering interests you. You can choose one or both and, if you like, tell us what you would most like help with.

We will send you a registration confirmation, followed by updates about your selected offering or offerings. These may include invitations to try early versions, share feedback and hear about Founding Member offers when available. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
